Easy Breakfast Frittata

Easy breakfast frittata

  • 1/4 cup of milk

  • 8 Eggs

  • Any vegetables your family likes (I like mushrooms, capsicum, zucchini, onion, spinach, tomato and pumkpin)

  • Cheese of choice - I used feta

  • Option - lean sausages or short cut bacon

3 pieces of shortcut bacon - chopped finely

Method:
1. Whisk eggs and milk together
2. Add vegetables, bacon, cheese and mix well
3. Pop in the oven on 180 degrees for 30-45 mins or until golden brown and a fork runs clear.
