Wallaby Fruit & Nut Dupes

I’m a sucker for fruit and nuts covered in chocolate, but with current grocery prices I set myself a goal to re-create supermarket snacks with wholesome pantry staples for a fraction of the price 🀌

Ingredients πŸ‘‡πŸ»

1 cup soy crisps
2 tbs chia seeds
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup @macro_wholefoods seed mix, shredded coconut, almonds (chopped roughly)
1/2 cup honey or sweetener of your choice (as long as it’s sticky)
150g of dark chocolate

Method πŸ‘‡πŸ»

1. Combined all dry ingredients into a bowl. Add honey and mix until well combined.
2. Spoon mixture into a mini loaf tray or deep ice cube tray and place in freezer to set until firm.
(If using a mini loaf tray, cut each slice in half)
3. Melt chocolate over stove top or microwave. Once fully melted, remove firmed mixture and submerge into chocolate.
4. Place chocolate square onto a lined tray and place into fridge to set.

Not a fan of chocolate, that’s okay! Just complete step 1 and place in the fridge. The mixture serves as a delicious high protein granola to enjoy on yogurt, porridge or chia puddings - Swipe πŸ‘‰πŸ» for some breakfast inspo πŸ“
