Fruit & Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • Papaya or any other fruit with a center you can remove (pineapple, rockmelon, watermelon).

  • Other in season fruit of choice (berries, kiwifruit, banana, mango)

  • 170g Greek Yogurt

  • 45g Carmen’s Low Sugar Granola

Method

  1. Scoop out the centre of the papaya. Reserve to the side.

  2. Add greek yogurt to the center of the papaya.

  3. Top with reserved papaya, other additional fruit of choice and granola.
