Fruit & Nut Chocolate Clusters
Ingredients
Dry Roasted Almonds
Sultanas
Lucky Nuts natural seed mix
100g of Dark Chocolate (I used Lindt 80%)
Method
1. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl
2. Combine almonds, sultanas and mixed seeds
3. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons into cupcake liners
4. Optional - top with cacao nibs
5. Pop in fridge or freezer to set
I absolutely love this recipe, and so does my partner. Pretty sure this is my fourth batch because he eats them all.
It’s quick, easy and cost effective. This recipe could easily be adapted to suit your taste preferences or allergies. My recommendation for those with a nut allergy you could substitute the almonds/nuts for soy protein crisps.
