Chocolate Crunch Bark

Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate (minimum 100g)

  • Pepitas

  • Goji Berries

  • Coconut (shredded)

  • Nuts of choice - I used macadamias, walnuts & cinnamon almonds

  • Cacao nibs

Method:

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl. Spread over lined baking tray

  2. Top with pretzels, goji, nuts, coconut, pepitas and goji berries.

  3. Pop in the freezer to set for about 30 mins. Once set crack and enjoy.

    Note: I don’t use measurements for this recipe, I cook with love and minimal time.
